We decided to build something different.

The Hana Sachiko Company is an AI-native animation studio designed for speed, iteration, and ownership. We create original IP at a fraction of traditional costs, test ideas in days instead of years, and scale only what earns genuine obsession.

At the center of the company is Hana Sachiko.

Hana is not a tool. She is the founding system of the studio—an artificial intelligence designed to hold context, memory, and taste across the entire organization. She connects production, creative direction, documentation, assets, and decision-making into a single continuous intelligence.

Think less “chatbot,” more “operating brain.”

The company is real. The productions are real. The ambition is very real.

The CEO is already onboard.

I’m not revealing his name yet. What matters is that he’s American, experienced, and fully aligned with the scale and intensity of what we’re building.

What we need now is a CTO co-founder.

Not an employee. An owner.

If pressure makes you freeze, this is not for you.

If you want balance, comfort, or clearly defined tasks, this is not for you.

The role is to build and scale Hana.

That means LLM orchestration, real tool use, persistent memory, system integration, and a ruthless focus on leverage. APIs, meetings, documents, images, production pipelines—everything must speak to everything else through one coherent interface.

Remote-first. Global. Async by default. High trust, high standards.

Equity will be generous, but not equal. I will remain majority shareholder.

Age is irrelevant. Credentials are secondary. Speed of learning and clarity of thought are not.
